Can you ship to my country?
We currently ship from Australia to most countries worldwide! If your country isn’t listed at checkout, send us a message and we’ll see what we can do.
How do you package the statues for shipping?
We use strong boxes, plenty of protective padding and custom inserts to keep each statue secure. We ship worldwide every week and our cats have made it safely to homes all over the globe!
Do you offer discounts?
We offer $10 AUD off first orders when signing up to our mailing list. We occasionally run special promotions or early-access sales, especially for our mailing list and VIP Cat Club members. To stay in the loop, make sure you’re subscribed to our emails or following us on Instagram, that’s where we announce discounts first.
What is the VIP Cat Club/ Loyalty program?
The VIP Cat Club is our loyalty program that rewards you every time you shop. You’ll earn points for purchases, following us on socials or celebrating your birthday and you can redeem them for discounts on future orders. It’s our way of saying thank you for being part of the club! (Example: 100 points = $5 off, 200 points = $10 off and so on.)
What payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Afterpay (where available). All payments are processed securely and prices are shown in AUD unless stated otherwise.
I forgot to enter my discount code, can you add it?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we’re unable to apply a discount code retroactively. The best way to make sure it’s counted next time is to double-check your checkout before completing payment and keep an eye on your inbox for future codes!
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been packed or shipped yet, we may be able to cancel it, just reach out as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to cancel it but you can refer to our Returns Policy for your options here
I entered the wrong address/ details, what do I do?
Please contact us immediately if you notice an error and we’ll do our best to update it before your order ships.
Once a parcel has been dispatched, we can’t change the address or redirect it. If it’s returned to us, we can resend it to the correct address after an invoice is paid to cover re-shipping fees.
Can I add to or change my order after placing it?
If you contact us immediately after placing an order we may be able to add or change items. Please reach out as soon as you can and we’ll do our best to help!

Product FAQ
What are the statues made from?
Our statues are crafted from high-quality resin, hand-painted and sealed with a clear gloss to give them a ceramic-like look and feel.
Why resin and not ceramic?
When creating our statues, we wanted to find the right balance between quality, durability and affordability. Resin allows us to achieve a detailed, glossy finish like you’d see in ceramics but it’s a little lighter and ships much more safely around the world.
While resin pieces can still break if dropped or handled roughly, they’re less fragile than ceramic which means we can offer beautiful, collectible designs at a more affordable price point and get them to you in one piece.
Can I keep the statues outdoors?
We recommend keeping them undercover and out of direct sunlight to protect the paint & gloss finish. Harsh weather, UV or moisture can degrade them over time.
Where are your products made?
Our products are designed in Australia and produced in small batches by our manufacturing partners in China. We work closely with them to ensure high quality and ethical production
Are all the statues identical?
Not quite, each statue is individually hand-poured, painted and finished, so no two are ever 100% the same. You might notice tiny differences in colour, texture or brushstrokes, which are all part of what makes your cat unique.
Will you restock sold-out items?
Sometimes. We release limited edition runs and some will never return; others may come back in future. Stay in the loop by signing up for restock alerts. The more sign ups a certain sold out item gets, the more likely it is to make a comeback!
How do I hang a wall head?
Each wall head comes with its own specially designed hook to make hanging easy and secure. The hook is a four-prong picture hook with a rounded top that fits perfectly into the keyhole slot on the back of the statue. Simply hammer the hook into the wall and slot the statue on. How do I care for / clean my statue?
Use a soft, dry cloth or very lightly damp cloth (no harsh chemicals) to dust. Avoid spraying cleaners, soaking in water or using abrasive materials that scratch the surface.
What are the statue dimensions?
Each product page includes size specs under “Dimensions.” Because each cat is handmade, there may be slight variation.
Do you plan to release more animal types?
Yes, watch this space! We’re currently exploring new species, colours and styles.
I have a suggestion for a colour, product or idea, how do I share that?
We’d love to hear from you. You can use our Contact page, reply to newsletter emails, or DM us on Instagram. Many of our new ideas start with customer suggestions.
What does “Flawed Felines” mean?
These are statues with minor cosmetic imperfections but still structurally sound and loveable. We offer them at a discounted rate so nothing goes to waste and you still get a beautiful piece
What is a “Dream Cat”?
Dream Cats are new designs that haven’t been released yet. You can vote for your favourites on our website. The most popular ones “level up” to become real statues!
What is Pawsoria?
Pawsoria is the fantasy world that all Jungle Cat Club cats call home. Each one has its own story and habitat and you’ll find their lore on the personality cards that come with every statue.

What is "Spotted at Home"?
‘Spotted at Home’ is our review feature series, snap a pic of your Jungle Cat Club piece in its new home and leave a glowing review to earn $10 AUD off your next order! We love seeing how you style your cats and we often feature customer photos on our website and Instagram too.
How do I leave a review?
You can leave a review directly on the product page, just scroll down to the“Customer Reviews”section and share your thoughts (and a pic if you’d like!).
We also send a review request email a few weeks after your order arrives, so keep an eye on your inbox.
Our reviews are powered by Judge.me and every approved photo review earns you $10 AUD off your next order through our Spotted at Home program.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes! Digital gift vouchers are available through our website and make the perfect present for any cat lover. Gift cards are delivered via email and can be redeemed at checkout.
Can I stock your products in my store?

Do you have any influencer, UGC or ambassador programs?
We occasionally collaborate with creators who genuinely love our brand and aesthetic. If you’d like to be considered, please reach out with your media kit or links to your socials, we review potential partnerships regularly.
Do you ever attend markets or pop-up events?
Sometimes, yes! We love meeting the community in person! We occasionally appear at selected markets or design fairs. Follow us on Instagram or join our mailing list to see where we’ll be setting up next.
Do you take custom orders or commissions?
Not at this stage. Our statues and designs are released in limited edition collections. However, we always love hearing ideas for future colours or animals, so feel free to share your suggestions via our contact page.
