How do I join the VIP Cat Club?
Simply create a Jungle Cat Club account or log into your existing account. Once you're logged in, you'll automatically start earning loyalty points on eligible orders.
How do I log into my account?
You can log into your Jungle Cat Club account using the account icon at the top of the website. Enter the email address you used when placing your order and follow the login instructions.
How do I earn points?
You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible orders. You can also earn points for things like your birthday, referrals and other activities.
How do I complete the activities to earn points?
Activities such as following us on social media or referring a friend need to be completed through the VIP Cat Club loyalty pop-up on the website. If you're viewing this page, simply open the loyalty pop-up and select the activity you'd like to complete. Once it's done, your points will be automatically added to your account.
How do I redeem my points?
Make sure you're logged into your account (you might need to refresh the page once doing so) Then head to the loyalty pop up on site. From there you can convert your points into a reward and receive a unique code to use at checkout.
How do I use my reward code?
After redeeming your points, you'll receive a unique discount code. Simply enter this code in the discount box at checkout and your reward will be applied.
Do I receive points from past orders?
Yes! If you've placed orders before, those purchases can automatically count towards your points when you sign up using the same email address you used for your previous orders.
Do my points expire?
No, your loyalty points do not expire, so you can save them up for bigger rewards if you like.
Can I combine my reward with other discount codes?
Only one discount code can be used per order, so loyalty rewards cannot be combined with other promotional codes.
What happens to my points if I return an item?
If an order is refunded, the points earned from that purchase will be removed from your account.
Do I earn points on shipping costs?
Points are earned on the product value of your order, not shipping.
