Australian Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. All packages include tracking and insurance. By default, parcels are shipped with Authority to Leave (ATL). If you prefer to collect your parcel, we recommend using a parcel locker address.
Large Orders
Many of our products are large pieces that require extra care. We often send them under separate shipping labels with individual tracking numbers. This means your items may arrive at different times.
Australian Shipping Speed
We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible, however as a small team this may take up to 7 working days. Parcels are sent with Australia Post or Sendle. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

- Metro: up to 2 business days
- Rural: up to 5 business days
Interstate
- Metro: 3–6 business days, depending on lodgement and destination points
- Rural: please check with your local Post Office

International Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an Australia Post tracking number. For international deliveries, Australia Post hands over the parcel to your local postal service for final delivery. You can enter your Australia Post tracking number into your local postal provider’s website to continue tracking your order. For example:

Customs and Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. These charges must be paid by the recipient, as we have no control over them and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
United States Tariffs
For orders shipping to the United States, tariffs are automatically calculated and collected at checkout. You will not need to pay additional fees on delivery, as these charges are taken care of upfront.
United Kingdom and European Union
For orders shipping to the UK and EU, import duties and VAT are the responsibility of the customer. These are not collected at checkout and may be charged by your local customs office before delivery. Please check with your local customs authority for guidance on possible fees.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. But if you change your mind or aren't feeling the love for your JCC goodies, please email us at contact@junglecatclub.com.au to start the returns process.
- Our return policy lasts 30 days from delivery.
- Items must be in original, unused condition.
- All returns must be approved by us before sending.
- Once approved, please package securely, send with tracking, and provide the tracking number to us.
- For items over $100 we recommend a trackable service and insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your return.
- Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.
- Refunds apply to the item(s) only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within several business days.
Assessing Flaws & Imperfections
Because our resin pieces are cast from hand-carved molds and finished with hand-painted details, small variations in surface texture, brushwork or finish are considered part of their unique character and not faults.
If you believe your statue has a defect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the issue. Our team will carefully review your case to determine whether it’s a minor variation (within the normal handmade range) or a major flaw. We’ll then work with you on finding the best solution.
Orders Marked as Return to Sender (RTS)
If your parcel is returned to us for any of the following reasons, we will deduct a restocking fee of 10% of the order value (minimum $10 AUD) from your refund, along with the actual shipping costs we paid to send the parcel:
- The address provided was incomplete or incorrect
- The address was changed or redirected by recipient during transit
- The delivery partner could not access the address
- Customs fees or duties were not paid in time
- The parcel was refused at delivery
- The customer refused to pay customs
- The parcel was not collected within the required timeframe
To avoid extra charges, please double-check your address at checkout, monitor your tracking and pay any customs fees on time.
Damaged & Lost Parcels
Damaged parcels
In the unfortunate event that your items arrive damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service immediately, and no later than 48 hours from delivery. Include your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of both the item and packaging (with the shipping label visible). Please keep all packaging, as it may be needed for an insurance claim.
Lost Parcel
If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, first check around your property and with neighbours. If it cannot be found, contact us and we will lodge an investigation with the courier. This process can take up to 7 working days
Important Notes
Damage caused by everyday wear and tear, accidents or not following care instructions will not be considered a fault.
Customers are responsible for entering shipping details correctly at checkout. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you change or update your address with the shipping provider after your parcel has been sent, we cannot accept responsibility for any losses or if the parcel is RTS.
