When you pre-order an item, it hasn’t been made yet. You’re securing one of the first pieces off the production line, before it even exists! Our usual timeline is around 4 months,but this can sometimes be longer depending on manufacturing, shipping, and customs delays. We do our best to be accurate with timeframes but they're estimates and delays are a possibility.

Our most popular cats often sell out super fast during general sales. Pre-ordering means you’re guaranteed to get your chosen item without the stress or FOMO. You’ll have two weeks only from the pre-sale launch to place your order after that, the window closes!

We include estimated timeframes on each product page. You can also scroll below to find the pre-sale you ordered from and check the estimated arrival there. Just a reminder that preorder timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen due to manufacturing holdups, weather, shipping or customs and those things are outside of our control. We always do our best to keep everything moving and will share updates whenever we have them!

These items are hand-painted, so each one is unique. Small imperfections or variations in finish are part of their charm and not defects.

Once you place your order, we reserve your spot and immediately go into production based on numbers. That means we can’t offer cancellations or changes, so please only order if you're happy to wait.

Yes! Once they arrive, they’ll be available for general sale. However, stock is usually limited and can sell out quickly.

No problem! If your shipping address changes before dispatch, just send us an email with your new details so we can update your order.

If you order an in-stock item with a preorder item, everything will be shipped together once the preorder item is ready. If you want your in-stock item sooner, please place a separate order.
