Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, please get in touch within 30 days of delivery via email at contact@junglecatclub.com.au

Our Returns Policy

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition

  • Returns must be approved by us before sending anything back

  • Once approved, please package the item securely and send it with tracking (Australia Post or another tracked courier) and provide us with the tracking number

  • For items over $100 we recommend using a tracked and insured service

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email confirming it has arrived and whether your refund has been approved

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days

  • Refunds apply to the item(s) only. Original shipping costs are not refunded

Return Shipping Costs

Under Australian Consumer Law, return shipping costs for change-of-mind purchases are the customer’s responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items not in original condition

  • Damaged items (unless due to our error)

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
