Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, please get in touch within 30 days of delivery via email at contact@junglecatclub.com.au

Our Returns Policy

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition

  • Returns must be approved by us before sending anything back

  • Once approved, please package the item securely and send it with tracking (Australia Post or another tracked courier) and provide us with the tracking number

  • For items over $100 we recommend using a tracked and insured service

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email confirming it has arrived and whether your refund has been approved

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days

  • Refunds apply to the item(s) only. Original shipping costs are not refunded

Return Shipping Costs

Under Australian Consumer Law, return shipping costs for change-of-mind purchases are the customer’s responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items not in original condition

  • Damaged items (unless due to our error)

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

European Union Customers

If you're located in the European Union and you've changed your mind, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the final item in your order.

To start a return, simply log in to your account and submit your return request within the 14-day period.

Please return the item in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund as quickly as possible to your original payment method.

This policy applies only to orders delivered within the European Union.
