We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, please get in touch within 30 days of delivery via email at contact@junglecatclub.com.au
Our Returns Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return

Items must be in their original, unused condition

Returns must be approved by us before sending anything back

Once approved, please package the item securely and send it with tracking (Australia Post or another tracked courier) and provide us with the tracking number

For items over $100 we recommend using a tracked and insured service
Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email confirming it has arrived and whether your refund has been approved

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days

Refunds apply to the item(s) only. Original shipping costs are not refunded
Return Shipping Costs
Under Australian Consumer Law, return shipping costs for change-of-mind purchases are the customer’s responsibility.
