Holiday Break

We’ll be taking a short break from:

19th December - 5th January


The website will stay open during this time and you’re welcome to place orders as normal. However, we won’t be packing or dispatching orders until we return.

We’ll also be checking emails less frequently. Our inbox will be monitored Monday–Friday from 9am–3pm (excluding public holidays), so if you contact us during this period, we’ll absolutely get back to you, it just may take a little longer than usual.

Christmas Cut Off Dates

This information is kept here for reference only for customers who placed orders prior to the cut-off period.

Below are our recommended order cut-off dates based on Australia Post’s official guidelines, with additional time factored in for packing and processing from our SA HQ.

Please note that while our website remains open, we are currently on a holiday break and will resume packing and dispatching orders from 5th January. Delivery timeframes will recommence once orders begin shipping again.


Australia-Wide Shipping 🇦🇺

SA (metro): Thursday 18 December
Interstate (NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD metro): Monday 15 December
Regional or rural areas: Thursday 12 December

Please allow extra time for regional or PO Box deliveries and keep in mind that shipping times are estimates only.

International Orders 🌍

New Zealand: 30 November
Asia & Pacific: 26 November
USA & Canada: 24 November
UK & Europe: 20 November
Rest of World: 13 November

International parcels first travel interstate before leaving Australia, so ordering early is always the best way to avoid delays. Customs delays can also vary by country, so please plan ahead if your order is a gift.

A Note About International Black Friday Orders

Thank you so much for the incredible support over our Black Friday sale. We’ve been packing non-stop and worked extra hard to get all Black Friday orders dispatched within a week.

Because the sale was live during international Christmas cut-off dates, some orders placed during this period may fall outside the estimated delivery window.

Please keep in mind:

  • Postal networks may experience delays during the holiday rush.
  • International transit times can vary once parcels leave Australia.
  • Orders placed after cut-off dates can’t be guaranteed for Christmas delivery.


We wish we could offer both the fastest shipping and the biggest discounts but during this busy time, it’s a bit of a “you can’t have your cake and eat it too” situation (in the nicest possible way!). 💖

Where do you ship from?

All orders are packed and shipped from our HQ in Adelaide, South Australia.

How long will my order take to ship?

During busy periods (like Black Friday or Christmas), please allow up to 7 working days. We're a super small team and we always do our best to get your goodies on their way quickly!

Which courier do you use?

We ship via Australia Post, with full tracking on every order.

How does tracking work?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an Australia Post tracking number via email.If you’re outside Australia, this same tracking number can be used with your local postal service once the parcel arrives in your country (for example: Royal Mail in the UK, USPS in the USA, Canada Post in Canada, etc.).

Will I need to pay customs or import fees?

Some countries may charge import duties, VAT or customs fees when your parcel arrives. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are set by your country’s customs authority. We recommend checking your local import thresholds before ordering.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your country’s postal service and customs clearance.

Can I change my address after ordering?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible here so we can help. Once it’s posted, we unfortunately can’t redirect it.

My tracking says “delayed” what should I do?

Delays sometimes happen, especially during peak season. Keep an eye on your tracking updates and if it hasn’t moved for more than 10 days, get in touch and we'll investigate with Australia Post.
