Christmas Cut Off Dates

We want to make sure your order arrives in time for Christmas!

Below are our recommended order cut-off dates based on Australia Post’s official guidelines, with a few extra days factored in for packing and processing from our SA HQ.

Keep in mind that these are estimates only and we highly recommend placing any gift orders as early as possible. The postal system gets super duper crazy during the Black Friday and Christmas rush, so the earlier your order is placed, the better!


Australia-Wide Shipping 🇦🇺

SA (metro): Thursday 18 December
Interstate (NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD metro): Monday 15 December
Regional or rural areas: Thursday 12 December

Please allow extra time for regional or PO Box deliveries and keep in mind that shipping times are estimates only.

International Orders 🌍

New Zealand: 30 November
Asia & Pacific: 26 November
USA & Canada: 24 November
UK & Europe: 20 November
Rest of World: 13 November

International parcels first travel interstate before leaving Australia, so ordering early is always the best way to avoid delays. Customs delays can also vary by country, so please plan ahead if your order is a gift.

A Note About Black Friday Orders

We know many of you are excited for our upcoming Black Friday sale and we totally get it cos it’s the best time to score a discount during our biggest sale of the year.

That said, please keep in mind that the Black Friday sale happens right around the same time as our international Christmas cut-off dates. While we’ll be packing as quickly as possible, postal delays are very common during this period.

Here’s what to keep in mind:

•⁠ ⁠There may be delays in postage due to the huge surge in parcels across Australia Post’s network.
•⁠ ⁠You’ll get an amazing discount if you shop the sale but delivery might take longer.
•⁠ ⁠If you really need your order to arrive before Christmas, we recommend purchasing early at full price or taking advantage of our gift bundles, which are available now :)

We wish we could offer both the fastest shipping and the biggest discounts but during this busy time, it’s a bit of a “you can’t have your cake and eat it too” situation (in the nicest possible way!). 💖

Where do you ship from?

All orders are packed and shipped from our HQ in Adelaide, South Australia.

How long will my order take to ship?

Most orders ship within 2–5 business days. During busy periods (like pre-orders or Christmas), it may take a little longer but we always do our best to get your goodies on their way quickly!

Which courier do you use?

We ship via Australia Post, with full tracking on every order.

How does tracking work?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an Australia Post tracking number via email.If you’re outside Australia, this same tracking number can be used with your local postal service once the parcel arrives in your country (for example: Royal Mail in the UK, USPS in the USA, Canada Post in Canada, etc.).

Will I need to pay customs or import fees?

Some countries may charge import duties, VAT or customs fees when your parcel arrives. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are set by your country’s customs authority. We recommend checking your local import thresholds before ordering.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your country’s postal service and customs clearance.

Can I change my address after ordering?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible here so we can help. Once it’s posted, we unfortunately can’t redirect it.

My tracking says “delayed” what should I do?

Delays sometimes happen, especially during peak season. Keep an eye on your tracking updates and if it hasn’t moved for more than 10 days, get in touch and we'll investigate with Australia Post.
