Australian Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location.

All our packages come with tracking and insurance. By default, packages are shipped with Authority to Leave (ATL). If you prefer to pick up your parcel, we recommend using a parcel locker address. 

Large Orders

Many of our products are large pieces that require special care, so we often send them with separate shipping labels and tracking details. This ensures your order is handled with care. Please note that your items may arrive at different times.

Australian Shipping speed

Once your order has been placed we will send it off to you as soon as possible, we're a team of two so this may take up to a 7 working days. Parcels are sent with Australia Post or Sendle. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped with a tracking number.

Shipping speed once the item is posted will depend on your location, however on average please refer to the following:

Sending within South Australia:

Metro - up to 2 business days 

Rural - up to 5 business days

Sending interstate:

Metro - up to 3-6 business days, depending on lodgement and destination points

Rural - Please ask at your local Post Office

Costs & Customs

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the size of your order. The exact shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Additionally, international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. These charges must be paid by the recipient, as we have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Damaged & Lost Items

Damaged Parcel

In the unfortunate event that your items arrive damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service immediately, and no later than 48 hours from delivery. Provide your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of both the damage and packaging (ensuring the shipping label is visible). Prompt contact ensures we can process any necessary insurance claims and resolve the issue quickly.

Lost Parcel

If your parcel has been marked as delivered by the courier but you haven't received it, start by checking around your property. Sometimes, delivery drivers place parcels in less obvious but safe locations!

If you can't locate it, please contact our customer service. We will initiate an investigation with the delivery company it was sent through. Please note that this investigation may take up to 7 working days. We'll keep you informed at every step and appreciate your patience.

Returns

- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange

- Items must be in original, unused condition

- Items must be first approved by us in order for the returns process to commence 

- Once approved, please package securely and send with Australia Post or another courier service and provide us with the tracking number

- If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days

-  Under Australian Consumer Law customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs to return unwanted item/s

- You will only be refunded the cost of the item/s you have returned. We do not refund initial shipping charges

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
